This = Me

So this little comic describes me to a T. I'm having the hardest time wearing anything right now. Everything is just so uncomfortable and way too tight. I can still wear a few shirts, but even they don't fit quite right. So I finally broke down and bought some maternity pants the other day. I had to buy an XS first of all, and then when I wore them to work the next day, by about 11 am they were literally falling off! HOWEVER...I cannot squeeze my butt into ANY of my pants anymore! Every time I try I am so amazed! I knew my belly was going to get big, but I had no idea my thigh, hip, and butt regions were going to grow right along with it. I'm trying to be ok with it (I understand I have to grow with the baby) but all I have to say is that all this better go away when this baby is born, cuz I'm not liking it one bit!

I SO remember those days. I made some little "belly bands" that stretch over your pants(actually I made them before being prego to lengthen my 'shirt' without a full tank top). Anyway, they are awesome. You could totally borrow some if you want, or I could show you how to make them. I think the fabric for one color would cost like .25 at Wal-mart and you could make a few out of it. Let me know!!! Oh, and we totally need to BBQ. I think we might have plans for dinner, but nothing for lunch on Friday.

I'm just saying the XS didn't fit because my belly is too small to hold them up! No me in general...I'm no XS.

Hey Tianna! I was just lookin at your page from Tara's blog and I couldn't help but laugh when I read this post. Only because I swear I went through that stage for like 3 months when I was pregnant with Destry. lol. It totally sucks!! I wanted to just embrace it and wear maternity clothes but they totally didn't fit. And I think everyone thought that I was just really full all the time or something. Anyways, I kind of did what the other comment said. I wore my too tight jeans and just left them unbuttoned and wore a "belly band" thing. It wasn't very stylish but it worked. haha. Anyways...congrats on the baby and good luck with your pregnancy!

Oh how I remember those days, it's so frustrating, I think all I wore were gym shorts and warm up pants during that time. Fortunately mine was during the winter so I could wear a big hoodie and sweat pants and not look to weird. Have fun with it, because you'll soon find out you feel so big you are frustrated. It's a fun time but is so much more fun when they come and join the family~!!!

I totally am sooo sorry for Tay earlier today. I had him go in the house from the backyard to throw away a ziplock bag and he was gone for a while and i thought he was just going to the bathroom or something. He came back outside and said"look mom. I went over to Beau and Tianna's!" I was like "You left the house? Don't ever do that again" When he annoys you guys just send him home. Lately he's had a problem with telling me before he leaves the house. Again, so sorry.
